Welcome to Mosaic AI. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Mosaic AI provides software solutions designed to help auto body shops and mechanics manage calls, appointments, and reviews more efficiently. The specific services included in your membership depend on the package you select.

2. Membership & Billing

Membership is billed monthly on the payment method provided.
Setup fees (if applicable) are billed once at the start of your membership.
Membership continues until canceled.
Multi-location discounts and referral credits are applied as outlined in your Service Agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership may be canceled at any time.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information (e.g., phone numbers, calendars, Google account access where required).
Maintain an active payment method on file.
Use services in a lawful and respectful manner.

5. Mosaic AI Responsibilities

Deliver the agreed services with reasonable care and effort.
Provide support through email, knowledge portal, and response within 24–48 business hours.
Maintain client data securely and only use it for service delivery.

6. Limitations of Liability

Mosaic AI is not responsible for issues outside of its control, including but not limited to carrier outages, inaccurate information provided by the client, or third-party system downtime.
Mosaic AI’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All Mosaic AI software, branding, training materials, and content are owned by Mosaic AI and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of your membership without prior written consent.

8. Modifications to Service

Mosaic AI reserves the right to update or modify services, features, or pricing. Notice will be provided via email and/or in the member portal prior to any significant changes.
