Mosaic AI was born out of a simple but persistent problem: communication.

While working in claims, I spent years coordinating with body shops and mechanics. Time after time, I saw customers grow frustrated because no one was answering the phone, and I often experienced the same delays myself. Without quick responses, scheduling repairs, inspections, or appraisals dragged on. Customers would skip over shops with low ratings, and shops doing great work were overlooked because their voices weren’t being heard. I knew there had to be a better way.

Mosaic AI is a CRM that works for you. Not another complicated system with endless back-end headaches, but a seamless solution designed to be simple, plug-and-play, and effective. Our goal is to help shops grow their reputation, bring in more happy customers, and allow shop owners to focus on the work they love — cars — without guilt or frustration.

My Story

I don’t come from a mechanic’s bay — I come from customer service and claims. I’ve seen the gap between what shops give and what customers expect, and I’ve lived the frustration on both sides. I’m also a mom building a legacy for my daughter, a business that she can be proud of one day. I’m learning right alongside my members, and the work they do inspires me every day.

I’m building my own life piece by piece, and this vision was given to me by God. On faith I stand, creating my own mosaic — one that’s already beautiful and still growing. Mosaic AI is my way of building change for shops, customers, and my daughter’s future.
